The start we recommend
A WhatsApp message in three sentences: who you are, what needs to go live, and when. You do not need a twelve-page brief. If a WhatsApp link is not yet wired on this site, write to hello@zegacode.com — we do not make a long form the price of admission.

What happens after the first message
We reply with scope questions (pages, roles, stores) and point at the closest package. If a company-profile site is enough, we will not pitch mobile. If the system is clearly custom, we will not force a six-page theme.
